Ticket Registration: Terms and Conditions

By attending the San Diego Comic Fest (hereinafter SDCF) in whole or in part, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to all of the following.

You agree to allow the San Diego Comic Fest, its agents, licensees or assignees, the right to use your image, likeness, and/or voice recorded during SDCF for advertising, promotional, and/or educational purposes.

By registering for a SDCF ticket, you agree that you won’t sell, or otherwise transfer or share your ticket or associated badge or registration confirmation with anyone else. If SDCF determines you have done so, SDCF has the right to cancel your ticket(s) and badge(s) and nonetheless retain any money paid by you. Any registration confirmation and/or badge that has been resold or otherwise transferred will not be honored by SDCF. All badges are the property of SDCF and must be relinquished to SDCF upon request.

You further agree that you will register an individual name for a real individual for each ticket and that each name must match a photo ID in order for the registered person to receive a badge onsite at SDCF. (However, the requirement for a photo ID does not apply to the free tickets for children aged 0-12 so long as a matching photo ID is presented for the non-child ticket that the free child ticket is associated with.)

In addition, you also understand that only one multiple-day ticket or one of each single-day tickets may be purchased per person. If SDCF determines you have purchased multiple tickets of the same type for any single person, SDCF has the right to cancel the duplicate ticket(s)/badge(s) and retain a $5.00 processing fee for each cancelled ticket.

Ticket registration confirmations will be sent in advance. Please bring your confirmation to the event along with a matching photo ID in order to receive your badge. Badges will only be distributed onsite at the event: they will not be mailed or otherwise distributed in advance.

As stated above, no tickets, ticket confirmations, or badges may be transferred or resold. If someone other than SDCF sells or otherwise transfers to you a ticket, confirmation, or badge, please be aware that it will not be honored at the event.

If you have purchased a ticket but find that you are unable to attend, you may request a refund so long as you do so before March 21, 2022. Please email any requests for refund to registration@sdcomicfest.org.

The San Diego Comic Fest reserves the right to change its cancellation, transfer, and/or refund policies at any time without notice.
